Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to join our growing platforms practice team. This person will focus on the acquisition of new logos across multiple industries within the fortune 100 to 1000 companies, from an assigned region within the US. By establishing yourself as a “trusted advisor” via consulting/advising on the best software and applicable services needed to bring the desired business solution to life.


Our ideal Sales Executive is a seasoned professional with experience with enterprise-level solution sales of professional consulting services for commerce, content and marketing automation solutions. ­­­­­­­­­­­This person will be someone who is driven, polished, business savvy, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and experience closing deals valued at $2MM-$10MM. We are looking for a candidate who can be simultaneously aggressive and a team player, with the propensity to lead and manage others.


Education Requirements

BA/BS in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience



This position will require a robust travel schedule to client sites and/or office locations, as needed.



  • Grow Commerce Practice pipeline to support Razorfish Platforms annual target revenue goals
  • Identify and close new business opportunities (in cooperation with Razorfish Platforms business partners) with projects in excess of $10.0M total annual revenue
  • Build both field and sales executive level relationships
  • Support ability for Razorfish Platforms to seamlessly acquire new logos and transition to a long-term account management structure


  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as ATG, hybris, elasticpath, or IBM Commerce Server
  • 6-8+ years in the eCommerce industry REQUIRED.
  • Sold/Architectured/Designed/Lead major eCommerce transformation projects
  • Strong general knowledge of eCommerce, online retail, and eCRM solutions
  • Previous hands-on experience in the sale and implementation of  Java-based eCommerce platforms: ideally ATG Commerce, Hybris, elasticpath, IBM Commerce Server, Oracle eCommerce etc.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interface with client executives
  • Experience with other WCM products is a plus (Adobe CQ, Alfresco, Liferay, Interwoven, Oracle UCM & Portal, Fatwire, Sitecore, etc.)
